Dr. Yasser Abdel Maksoud is a distinguished figure in healthcare, business, and entrepreneurship. As a Clinical Pharmacist, he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from St. John’s University in New York, USA, in 1991, and has been a member of the American Pharmacists Association since 1996.

He is the owner of Maksoud Group Pharmacists, a family legacy established in 1925, and the founder of Community Care RX, which delivers integrated pharmacy services to leading long-term care institutions and healthcare organizations across Egypt.

His ventures extend beyond healthcare into real estate and media. He is a Co-Founder and Board Member of The Ark Developments and Interlace Development New Capital Real Estate. In media, he is Co-Founder and Board Member of IMP, the production company behind Shark Tank Egypt, a platform that promotes entrepreneurship and fosters innovation. He is also a Co-Founder and Board Member of Dawa Pharmaceutical USA.

In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Dr. Yasser plays an active role in advancing Egypt’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. As Head of the Entrepreneurship Secretariat at the National Front Party, he leads strategic efforts to empower Egyptian entrepreneurs, promote innovation, and strengthen their participation in economic development. His leadership is grounded in a clear vision, extensive experience, and a commitment to driving sustainable growth.
