A dynamic force in Egypt’s real estate market, Eng. Shehab El Mahdy is the Founder of Connect Homes, one of Egypt’s leading real estate brokerage firms.

Eng. Shehab Mahdy graduated from the American University in Cairo with a degree in Electronic Engineering. He then received a Masters degree in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School in Scotland, United Kingdom.

He began the first 8 years of his career with Etisalat Egypt where he was a Project Manager for major projects. His work in the telecom industry diversified and broadened his work experience and background.

Today, alongside Connect Homes, he is also Co-Founder and CEO of Vai Developments. Founded in 2021, with projects in the New Capital and New Zayed, Vai Developments has rapidly distinguished itself through its innovative designs and fast-track construction.
